Shipping Areas
Lowe is very adamant about preserving their dealer network and only allows us to be an Internet dealer under various restrictions to protect it. Therefore certain territories that are currently represented by top-quality Lowe dealers are off limits to us. We are a separate channel to purchase Lowe products for those who are not offered Aftermarket Performance attachments through their OEM dealers.
All products are shipped F.O.B. Viola, WI and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The fee can be negotiated in certain instances.
Shipping Information
Most of our products are shipped on freight carriers. Their standard delivery quotes are for non-residential locations with unloading capabilities. The following services are extra:

Lift Gate Service (approximately $50-$80 extra)

Residential Delivery (approximately $50-70 extra )
Spare parts and auger bits 12" and under can go via UPS ground.

To make the process faster, please include all the information possible in your first e-mail. This includes the quantity and part numbers of the products you are interested in, the machinery you are putting it on, the shipping location (for shipping costs), and any other pertinent information about your order.
